The real meaning of Christmas

Christmas time is a jolly time for most of us, wether it is with our family or with friends, or maybe alone this year. Christmas is in general a happy time for us. However, I think over the course of years, course of marketing, adds, movies. We have forgotten the real meaning of christmas, not the religious side, though that is very important to most, including me, not the gifts, not the food but something else.

What is the real meaning for christmas?

Though to some these are important, it isn’t the turkey, or mashed potatoes. It isn’t hanging up the tree even though it may be a tradition to some. It isn’t the gifts under the tree.

It is something better, something more special. Something closer to the heart, and more wamrer than any homemade hot chocolate. It is why Christmas is really all about.

The truth about Christmas

Christmas is really all about each other. Spending time with our loved ones. Granting kidness, to others, and the ones close to us. It is not hanging up the tree thats special or should be the most important. It should who you are putting it up with, ans the momenst you share with the person or people.

The smiles you share, the jokes you pass out. Christmas is about giving but that can be giving out love too. Granting others a happy christmas too, donating even 5 euro.

But its mostly about the love that surounds us during christmas. Going ice skating with the love of your life. Going to sweet cafes to drink hot chocolate wqith your closest friends. Sitting by the fire to a christmas movie with your family.

Its not about..

Its not abput making the food, but making it with the people you love dearly. Its about giving that food to the people you care so much about, the you put in all your tender love and care inton the dish you serve. Its not about how many gifts you recive its about the smiles you put on by giving people gifts. Not expensive, not huge, but meaningful, mabe even entimentul ones.

The smallest, as long as it puts a skile on the person you love face.

Christmas is about the smiles, the laughs, the momenst you share with your family. Which you may not see for most the year, but christmas is that time, you can see your family, sit down and have a tender and lovingly time.
