Often times, when we want something, or achieve something, we pressure ourselves.

Some people pressure themselves, heavily and some simply don’t care.
Those who pressure heavily
Those who pressure themselves heavily, push themselves to beyond their own limit. Which yes, may seem good, but you can get so tired and drained, very quickly afterwards. If you always push yourself so hard, eve you cant catch up, and everything is going at such a fast pace maybe it is time for you to slow down, and stop pressuring yourself so hard
Example of bad pressuring..
Saying things like if ill don’t do this ill fail life, if I don’t wake up at 5 am each day this week im a failure. And maybe these methods may work for you, they can quickly turn toxic. When you could instead, make yourself more wanting to d something with another way.
Putting too much pressure on yourself isn’t good
Putting too much pressure on yourself, is for example, working hours when you should be asleep. Its unnecessary and harmful to your health. Instead space it out, don’t tire yourself out too much, have breaks. Sometimes we all forget were all just humans, and cant to stuff like superman. We need to work hard, but also take care of ourselves
What it can lead too
If we put too much pressure, for example to a balloon. It will burst, and that happens to humans too. Putting too much pressure on yourself, or other people. It can then lead to bursts, of anger, or meltdowns. It can be very harmful, to our mental health.
