Mothers Day

Mothers Day

Mothers day, is a day, dedicated to all mothers, no matter their race, past, nationality, or location. Each mother, on this day, is celebrated.

Why you may ask?

An article from, https://theculturetrip.com/, states this:

Mother’s Day is a time held dear by families across the world; a prompt for children who have moved away to come home and make a fuss of the women who brought them into the world.

To summarize..

To summarize what that article says, and the question, why do we celebrate it?

Without a mom, none of us would be here right now. Woman, and moms especially, go through some of the hardest battles. Once they’re child is born, everything revolves around it, they save up money for them to college. They watch them grow, and then sadly eventually, fly out their nests.

They go through battles

Moms, have to go through pregnancy, labor, birth.

They work, some for the whole family, some single moms with no husbands. Yet they still are, mothers. The best gift of all. To be a mother, like my own mom always says.

The growth of each person, is always because of the parents, from a little child to a maturing teenager, and maybe even to adulthood, as some advice, and speeches, stick with us.

For me..

For me, mothers day is extra special, as i get to celebrate, one of my favorite people. My mom, who has been with me through everything. And yes, she my be perceived by others as just a mom, or just a parent. But to me, she is so much more, she is like a best friend. Someone, I can always go to, without feeling judged. Someone, gives me the best advice.

My own mom

I know not everyone has mother like mine, but I really hope everyone does. Because honestly, I don’t know what I would do without mine.
