We all spent a ridiculous amount of time on social media. For example TikTok, began which began gaining popularity back in 2020. With the new year here, I think a very good goal to add, to your goals list could be a social media break.
We spent so much time on our phones,it can be very damaging. Resulting, in sleeping problems, anxiety and a hard time concentrating. While no ones really wants to fully end using social media, we could give ourselves, a break.
How long should the break last
A break can come in various different shapes and forms. It could be reducing our screen time to 1 hour a day, or deleting all social apps. The choice is and always been yours.
