Impact, of our phones, on us

Impact, of our phones, on us

We spend an extreme amount of times on our phones, whether it is a form of communication, like texting. Or enjoyment like games or entertaining videos. We all spend times on our phones, all age ranging. From little kids to more mature audiences. It reaches and has reached everyone, and every space in the world.

How it impacts us

It impacts all of us, whether that is in our style, in our way of eating. Wether in our way of functioning and thinking, like mindsets for example. Like everything it can be postibe, but like everything positive it also has its cons. Has its harms, and negatives. However with social media, it seems the negatives, have outweighed the positives.

The negatives and postives

It impacts us all, both the negatives and positives which can mean. All the useful things you learn, maybe like makeup in my instance, is the positive, but the negative, the addiction, the trapping social media causes, is the bigger negative that outwieghs the one good thing, that you learnt. We can communicate to our friends without giving in tp the traps of social media.

The smart way, social media addict us

Social media is smart, AI’s powered behind it all, investigting each one of our moves, to keep us using their apps, no matter how harmful that may be on our own physcial and mental health. Because these apps, these socials aren’t designed with care for us. They are created to make a profit to the already rich billionaires. They suck us in, imprisoning us in this bubble of social media. And social media isn’t pretty, its full of girls with filters, which you compare yourself too. Its full of misleading videos which can cause you to view the world a false way, in a way that is a lie.

We become addicted, glued to the phone, such a little thing yet it causes us to be trapped. Trapped to do our work, our homework, our essays that are due in less than an hour. Traps us from seeing our friends, going outside, meeting new people. Enjoying the hobbies we once had. Its not the generation that is having depression out of nothing, it is social media. It is the process of being trapped. Being so isolated by your phone you dont have the energy or reason to even get out of bed. Its terrifying but it inevitable. It happens to all of us and will continue to, because we dot do anything to stop it.

Inevitable

Like a parasite, we allow the phone, the apps, the socials, to swallow us whole, leaving our life nothing but digital, fake, a lie. Not all of us realize, but now, all the positives of social media have been under weighed by the negatives. And the impact, is, and will be, brutal.
