7 steps, to become, the best version of you

In the last article, I talked about why you should try being the best you! Briefly i will tell you why, mental health, success, for yourself and happiness. If we dot like the life we are living its very hard to enjoy living in general. So what are some ways to really become that best version of ourselves, which can make us genuinely joy life? Well here are some 7 steps!

1. Mindset

If you want any change, the biggest and most important factor to consider, is mindset. The way you react, think about things. If we feel overwhelmed over the smallest of issues,it can lead to feeling completely overwhelm, when actually big problems come into the picture.

2. Let them go

A lot of the things holding us back, is toxic people. People who drain us, are rude, manipulative and in general just toxic. Though it may be hard, or scary too, let them go. You will be better off without their toxic ness.

3.Give time and focus to your body

Meditate, do yoga or some work outs. Simple or not, do them. Let your body relax from being tense all day. Light a candle, get a mat, and meditate for a few minutes.

4. Give your mind a break

Journal, write. Let out your feelings, my personal favorite is Journaling. Writing anything and everything. Whatever is on your mind, to give you a better space and environment think about genuine important things, to at least ease some of the overthinking.

5. Take care of your body, skin, self

Skincare, and pampering is a big thing on the Internet now. So finding the perfect products fo your face, body and hair wont be a problem now! Taking a bath, feeling refreshed, and clean, is truly a calming experience. Taking care of your body after a long day is also quiet a nice pampery feel. Its important to not put our bodies, hygiene etc, as the last priority.

6. Know your worth

Knowing your worth. Will make you have the realest of friends, best of mindset, and only success. Knowing what your good at, praising yourself when you get things right. Will make you more determined to continue. Knowing what friend you are, your qualities and that your not worth losing,will make it easier for you to let go people that are wasting your enegery.

7. Affirmations

Telling yourself you are good at something, that maybe your not the best at isn’t being delusional. Its tricking your mind to believe it, and genuinely then being better a it. Calling yourself pretty, each day, you wont find yourself looking at yourself in the mirror and not liking what you see. All because you tricked your mind to believe something by always repeating it. So get rid of those negative thoughts that are causing you to fail, say your the number 1 even if you placed, second.
